·                     Ensure Club is aware of event and solicit items for silent auction

·        Coordinate with Foundation Chair - Steve Day

District Governor Visit - January 22, 2009

·        Assist in Presentation to District Governor Chuck Anderson

District Conference - Newport Beach - May 1-3, 2009

·        Prepare Awards Recognition Book

·        Arrange for Club Exhibit at Conference

Plan and Preside over Demotion Dinner - June 30, 2009 (?)

·        Identify and Reserve Location (ASAP)

·        Select menu, bar, coordinate and host program
