The special heart concerns of women will be discussed when the
Westwood Village Rotary Auxiliary meets on Wednesday, March 10, at 11:30
a.m. in the home of Lynn and Mark Rogo.
All Rotarians and their spouses are invited.
Please contact Margie Downie, 310. 394.4827 or Marie Rolf,
310.474.5583 to make your reservation.
The Rogos live at 10490 Wilshire Blvd.
Reservations are needed for parking
in the building and for the lunch committee's convenience.
A $5 donation will be collected to help defray the lunch
expenses.
The speaker, Michele A. Hamilton, M.D., specializes in heart disease
in women at the UCLA School of Medicine. Peggy
Bloomfield arranged for her appearance at the Auxiliary meeting.
Dr. Hamilton, who earned her medical degree at Harvard Medical
School, completed her internship and residency in international medicine
and fellowship in cardiology at UCLA. She is a
clinical professor at Westwood.
The Auxiliary, organized for the spouses of Westwood Rotarians, is
the only such group in the District, and meets almost each month,
according to Marie, the group's president.
